V 4 & ROTARIES 2012 - Promotion Terms and Conditions

The promotion is open to New Zealand residents only aged 16 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agents and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 12PM on Monday 9 January 2012 and closes at 9AM on Monday 23 January 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter into the competition simply visit the V 4 & Rotaries tab on the V Energy NZ page on Facebook, ‘Like’ the Page, and then ‘log on’ or ‘sign up’ to submit an entry, during the Promotional Period. Entries received after 9AM on Monday 23 January 2012 will be invalid.
Only one entry per person will be counted.
There are 50 Prizes to be won.
The Prize consists of a V.I.P double-pass entry (2x single tickets) to one of the following events: • V 4 & Rotary NZ Nationals (Auckland) 28th & 29th January • V 4 & Rotary South Island Hardpark (Christchurch) 19th February • Ardmore Showdown Wings vs. Wheels (Auckland) 4th March • V 4 & Rotary North Island Jamboree (Palmerston North) 25th March
Winners are responsible for any travel required to and from the event.
The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the Prize listed, and reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a different prize in the event that it becomes unavailable.
The Promoter will use its best endeavours to offer the Prize winner with a choice in determining which V 4 & Rotary event their Prize will be applicable for, and reserves the right to substitute this with a different V 4 & Rotary event, if for any reason entry into their first choice event becomes unavailable.
The prizes will be drawn at 9am on Monday 23 January 2012. Winners of the Prizes will be contacted via the phone number or email provided as part of V Republic registration / competition entry. Entrants should ensure their contact details are correct at the time of entry.
If no contact with a Prize winner is made by 10AM on Tuesday 24 January 2012 a new Prize winner may be selected at the Promoters discretion.
Prizes will be sent by Wednesday 25 January 2012 via overnight tracked courier.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel the promotion or any aspect of the promotion at anytime in its sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting or using the Prizes. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the entrant’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Promoter may use entrants' personal information from entries to conduct the promotion.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entry information provided is the property of the Promoter, and not Facebook.

In applying to join the People’s Republic of V, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The promoter is Frucor Beverages Ltd of Auckland, New Zealand.
All members of the People’s Republic of V must also be a resident of New Zealand.
Frucor reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the People’s Republic of V;(b) add or remove special offers, promotions and other cool stuff available to all or some members of the People’s Republic of V; and (c) alter or amend any of the terms and conditions of membership to the People’s Republic of V.
Members of the People’s Republic of V may be removed from the People’s Republic of V at any time at the discretion of Frucor.
For special promotions other terms and conditions may apply. By participating in any promotion run in conjunction with the People’s Republic of V you will be deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to keep your address and contact details updated. We won't send you cool stuff or opportunities to win free stuff if we know we don't have your current address or contact number (ie if previous mail has been returned).
Frucor is not liable for: (a) The suspension and/or termination of the People’s Republic of V; (b) Any loss, damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or injury suffered by any person in connection with membership to the People’s Republic of V or participating in any promotion associated with the People’s Republic of V, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All personal information provided by members of the People’s Republic of V will be held by Frucor Beverages Ltd and may be used by Frucor for purposes relating to the People’s Republic of V (including, without limitation, notifying members of upcoming special offers and promotions and sending other marketing material, unless otherwise advised by the member). Members may access and correct any personal information about them by calling Head Office on (09) 250 0100 and updating their details.
All members of the People’s Republic of V must adhere to the terms and conditions of operation of this website at all times.
