In applying join the People’s Republic of V, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. The promoter is Frucor Beverages Ltd of Auckland, New Zealand.
  2. All members of the People’s Republic of V must also be a resident of New Zealand.
  3. Your People’s Republic of V tag is issued by and remains the property of Frucor Beverages Group Limited (“Frucor”).
  4. Your People’s Republic of V tag entitles the person whose name is registered to the tag to take advantage of other special offers, promotions and other cool stuff which may be made available to members of the People’s Republic of V from time to time.
  5. Frucor reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
    (a) terminate the People’s Republic of V;
    (b) decline to issue People’s Republic of V tags;
    (c) withdraw or cancel People’s Republic of V tags;
    (d) add or remove special offers, promotions and other cool stuff available to all or some members of the People’s Republic of V; and
    (e) alter or amend any of the terms and conditions of membership to the People’s Republic of V.
  6. Your People’s Republic of V tag is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose name is registered to the tag. People’s Republic of V tags are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
  7. Members of the People’s Republic of V may be removed from the People’s Republic of V at any time at the discretion of Frucor.
  8. For special promotions other terms and conditions may apply. By participating in any promotion run in conjunction with the People’s Republic of V you will be deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions.
  9. You must present your People’s Republic of V tag to receive People’s Republic of V special discounts and to demonstrate proof of membership of the People’s Republic of V where required by Frucor.
  10. It is your responsibility to keep your address and contact details updated. We won't send you cool stuff or opportunities to win free stuff if we know we don't have your current address or contact number (ie if previous mail has been returned).
  11. Frucor is not liable for:
    (a) Any delay in providing or replacing a People’s Republic of V tag;
    (b) Any loss, theft or damage to any People’s Republic of V tag or any voucher/s or other promos or prizes in the course of post or delivery;
    (c) The suspension and/or termination of the People’s Republic of V;
    (d) Any loss, damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or injury suffered by any person in connection with membership to the People’s Republic of V or participating in any promotion associated with the People’s Republic of V, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  12. All personal information provided by members of the People’s Republic of V will be held by Frucor Beverages Ltd and may be used by Frucor for purposes relating to the People’s Republic of V (including, without limitation, notifying members of upcoming special offers and promotions and sending other marketing material, unless otherwise advised by the member). Members may access and correct any personal information about them by calling Head Office on (09) 250 0100 and updating their details.
  13. All members of the People’s Republic of V must adhere to the terms and conditions of operation of this website at all times.

  14. Please check these terms and conditions periodically, as they may be subject to change.
  15. Continuing to use your People’s Republic of V tag after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of those changes.

  1. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter and win tickets to any of the gigs.
  2. The winners accomplice must be 18 years or over
  3. The Winner of the VIP weekend in Wanaka will be drawn on 2nd August 2010 at 13.00pm.
  4. The winner must be available to travel Friday 13th August and return Sunday 15th August 2010

The Wanaka VIP Weekend Prize includes:

  • Flights for 2 people from local airport to Wanaka or Queenstown (depending where flying from) return
  •  Airport transfers
  • Accommodation for 2 nights (Friday 13th and Saturday 14th August 2010) for two people in Wanaka (booked by V)
  • 1 x double pass to the Shapeshifter Twin Galaxies Tour on Friday 13th August OR Saturday 14th August 2010 at Lake Wanaka Centre
  • Winners to have a meet and greet with all band members (Nick Robinson, Sam Trevethick, Devin Abrams, Johnny Hooves, Paora Apera) for at least 15 minutes during their sound check prior to the show
  • 2 x lift pass / ski or snowboard package for 1 day at Cardrona
